Start with the gate entry

Record the party, commodity, bag quantity and lot information as goods arrive. The inward date also provides the starting point for the rent cycle. Staff can use the gate interface in Hindi or English.

Bring existing records into the setup

We help import party and opening stock records during setup. Share your spreadsheets or registers during the walkthrough so we can confirm the format, scope and checks. Staff training is included in the setup and first-year price.

Can the team work from a phone?

Yes. Gate staff can record entries on a phone, and owners can use a phone or computer. An internet connection is required. Ask us to demonstrate the appropriate staff and owner workflow using the public sample-data demo.
