A clear price.
A clear start.
One setup fee includes your first year. From year two, a yearly renewal keeps ColdTrack hosted, supported and maintained.
Both prices are plus applicable GST. The first-year amount includes setup; the ₹10,000 renewal is a yearly charge from year two.

What does the software cover?
Your team can record gate inward and outward entries, follow stock by party and lot, and manage rent bills, payments and outstanding balances. The application is available in Hindi and English and requires an internet connection.
What is quoted separately?
Custom feature work is quoted separately. Applicable GST is additional. Where Razorpay is used, its payment-gateway fees are charged to the customer’s account. Discuss any additional migration or integration requirements before confirming your setup.

The setup timeline depends on your records and requirements; we confirm it during the walkthrough. Ask us to confirm renewal, cancellation and any applicable refund terms in your proposal before paying. See our terms of service.
